可以去 https://support.github.com/ 看下自己的账户状态，如果显示 flagged 说明触发了风控，无法使用 codespace/action 等资源，也无法参与 PR/issue 等社区互动，只有基本的代码提交与存储功能，需要填写表单写邮件解封。

可能是苹果服务器没能成功缓存目标网站的 favicon ，具体缓存方法与日常浏览器访问略有不同，细节我也不清楚。
