有空域名直接上 Cloudflare Tunnel 吧，省时省心还安全：
域名托管：把空域名解析转到 Cloudflare 。
本地客户端：Docker 里直接跑一行命令起一个 cloudflared 容器，绑定 CF 后台给的 Token 。
反代配置：在 CF 控制台里，直接把 nas.yourdomain.com 映射到你群晖的内网 IP ，把 docker.yourdomain.com 映射到你的项目端口。
安全加固：可以在 CF 顺手配个 Access 规则，访问域名时必须输入你指定的邮箱验证码才能进去。
