Firewalld: firewall-cmd --direct --add-rule ipv4 filter OUTPUT 0 -d 1.1.1.1/32 -j REJECT
iptables: iptables -A OUTPUT -d 1.1.1.1/32 -p tcp -m tcp -j REJECT
實際上還是調用的 iptables，所以也可以直接用 iptables。特定時間那就加 Cron 吧，iptables 有個 -m time 的模塊，看看 man page 改規則即可。

@wqsfree 按照 Block 的時間來看，基本上就是雲盾的事，有能力的話手工試下 SQLi 或者 XSS 這類的 Payload 看攔截的錯誤信息。然後去控制台試下可不可以強制關掉，不然就只可以避免漏掃這些情況發生。
