我感觉 5 小时限额对应的周限额降了，之前大约 1:10 ，现在周限额似乎降了，可能差不多 1:15 了，并且是在之前的 50% boost 额度提升取消后降的，比一个月之前明显不耐用了

@yinmin 谢谢，看到了这个支付方式，但参考 https://openrouter.ai/docs/cookbook/administration/tax-id 并没有发现更改账单地址的入口，不确定是不是要完成充值后才能修改
