为什么申请了 azure 的 openAI，收到通过邮件了，进去之后还是提示未授权？

申请时登陆的账户是 qq 邮箱，申请信息里面填的是公司邮箱（必要），以上这个邮件也是发到公司邮箱的，但是目前两个账号登上去都提示无权限
