python-docx 生成 docx 文件之后，windows 的 word 打开文档出现无法读取内容提示 可以正常打开文档，但是修改之后保存过后依然没有更改，需要另存为之后才能正常更改. 这个是什么问题？？

我是把图片写在 bytesIO 里面然后用 from docxtpl import InlineImage 插入的，用了快两年了，很稳 就是楼上这个
