clash 支持 reject-drop 吗？

    参考 Sukka 大佬写的，关于避免搜狗输入法回传的 Surge 规则，写了一下用于 Clash for Android 的，发现一个问题就是，每次打字的时候，即使已经收起了键盘，搜狗输入法还是会在连接失败后进行重试，一直发出请求，所以想问一下，clash 是否支持 reject-drop 来把这些请求给抛弃掉呢？
