每次临近放假就不想学习，怎么整？

    年底了，虽然各种杂七杂八的事很多，但还是什么都不想做。

    代码不想写，博客不想写，视频不想剪，就连单词每背十分钟都想来 V 站 摸次鱼....

    有没有什么解决办法，自我感觉是真正的原因是焦虑。。。
