vscode 中 ctrl+shift+d 无法切换到调试？

ctrl+shift+e 切换到文件浏览，ctrl+shift+f 切换到搜索，ctrl+shift+g 切换到版本控制，ctrl+shift+x 切换到插件，都没有问题，为什么 ctrl+shift+d 无法切换到调试呢？网上找了一圈好像也没发现这个快捷键是被什么占用了？
