网站是 Apache+php，运维配置的是 FastCGI 模式，我发现在该模式下不支持 popen()函数，虽然函数返回一个资源流，但实际上 command 并没有执行。就很奇怪。。。

popen 没开也是正常的，高风险函数有时候直接一刀切了

看下 php.ini 里面的 disable_functions 是不是有 popen，一般这种高风险函数都是禁用的
