我被砍了5台，查了银行，钱没有扣，预授权的会解锁。

你当时购买的时候，只是账户中的金额被冻结，并没有实际被扣款。国外的商户通常都要在交易后的几天后才找银行结算。只有结算时，扣款才被计入账单。过几天，商户取消了订单，资金会被自行解冻的。如果商务一直不去找银行结算，也不取消冻结，一般在30天之内，你的银行也会取消冻结的。所以不用担心，只是额度临时被冻结了。
