各位大佬，我注册了两个 PP 号，两个号之间不能转帐付款吗？

    我测试给另一个号付款的时候提示"很抱歉，这笔付款不符合法规要求，因此无法完成。"

    两个号在注册的时候有部分个人资料是重复的，可能 PP 给判定是同一个人的号了吧，然后禁止两个号之间付款？

    抛去账号资料问题——中国账户之间是不能互转的。
