非自建 webserver，但是易于使用的用户交互输入输出？

证券交易所需要一个易于使用的 User interface，用于管理配置防火墙规则。前提是出于安全原因不想要自建 webserver，有好用的第三方 User interface 吗？我能想到的就是 jenkins，但是她的参数也是一次性输入的，基本没法交互。目前版本是 CLI 里的交互，这个形式想要变更。
