tomatousb、dd-wrt和openwrt这类固件，如何修改内置程序的参数

使用的是tomato shibby，想要修改自带的dnscrypt-proxy的端口，但是找了半天没找到修改的地方
nvram show | grep dns
没发现什么可修改的
nvram show | grep 40(目前使用的端口)
也没发现...
在/tmp/etc/dnsmasq.conf有看到
server=127.0.0.1#40
但是修改后重启路由器就又复原了，到底该如何修改呢？？

web页面找到dhcp/dns可填写dnsmsaq配置

在 Dnsmasq Custom configuration 里填写吗？？
但是我尝试过填写上
server=127.0.0.1#123
重启后依然是40端口...
