请问 secure-file-priv 修改无效是什么原因？

linux 服务器，用宝塔搭建的测试站，需要从数据库中导出数据到文件里面。 提示“The MySQL server is running with the --secure-file-priv option so it cannot execute this statement ” 1.修改 /etc/my.cnf,添加 secure_file_priv =、secure_file_priv =""、secure_file_priv ="/tmp/"、secure_file_priv =/tmp/等等，全部都试过。无果 2.每次修改后在宝塔重启 mysql 服务，并重新加载 mysql 配置。无果 3.用 ssh 去重启 mysql、重启宝塔等，均无果。 4.每次查询 show variables like '%secure%'，secure_file_priv 的值都是 null

实在不知道问题出在哪了，求教！
