可以实现低版本上开启夜间模式。

那么 macos 上能否在低版本上强制开启夜间模式呢？

（除了要保持一直开启终端输入 /Applications/Google\ Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\ Chrome --force-dark-mode 这个方式外）
