网上找到 pyqt4 的获取 exe 图标的方式是：得到 Bitmap 后通过 QtGui 里的 fromWinHBITMAP 方法将 bitmap 转换成透明背景的 QPixmap。但是 pyqt5 这样获取不了。是不是调用函数不对，求教。

fromWinHBITMAP 在 Qt5 换名字了，这个函数还是有的，放在 WinExtras 里了。
