heroku 添加信用卡后不使用任何付费资源还会有扣费风险吗？
添加信用卡后能获得额外 450 小时使用，共计有 1000 小时，时间还是挺长的。

谷歌云　　添加信用卡　　可以得 300 美金　　可以用一年

@colemanlee 信用卡不难啊，只是要去申请，我记得我的 VISA Signature 卡都是直接网上申请就下来了

@julyclyde 是的，已经添加了，感觉逐渐适应了也放心了。现在又 1000 free dyno hours 时间使用了。
