我实测 fi 卡激活后会提醒 welcome to China。
不知道参加这个活动的话，激活后会不会受到上述条款限制，导致不满足激活条件而不给 credits. |

@JessicaCaio 这个我问过客服，客服说只要保持激活 30 天以上，他建议我保持激活 35 天，然后 deactive。我本身在美国。这个激活倒不是问题。
