svn 怎么样可以像 git * !.gitignore

git 忽略目录下所有的文件, 但是 .gitignore 文件不忽略, 那么 svn 怎么也可以这样呢?

搜到的资料都是, 要不忽略整个目录, 或是忽略指定目录下的文件.
