解决方法参照过： http://blog.csdn.net/a363344923/article/details/72566836 ，但是最后一个参数我这里无法找到，并且报：Neither -L nor -b nor -S nor any module name given 错误. 之前 V2EX 也有提到过这样类似的问题，评论中有人说可以参照这个： https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-5131?query=%22 但是我这里还是无法解决。在 cmd 下并不会报这个错误，可能是编译器问题，但是目前是要使用这个编译器~。 求助！！！
