已有配置如下

每秒186次不少了吧，实际运行的时候会有这个级别的并发量吗。
另外建议先看一下是哪边拒绝了请求吧。目测是gunicorn的问题？

workers = multiprocessing.cpu_count()*2
worker_processes 48;
这两条不合适吧。nginx的worker process只要cpu数量就足够了，考虑后端的话甚至更少然后作cpu affinity
tcp_tw_recycle tcp_tw_reuse 慎用
Longest transaction 19秒，估计是后面顶不住了
fail的话看看error log吧
