wordpress 后台总是无法自动更新怎么破？

    服务器在阿里云，每次点自动更新都是超时，又不想手动升级，请问怎么破呢？

    有没有办法把自动更新的下载地址替换成自己指定的？

    自己把wp的zip解压缩覆盖就ok
