诉求文案大概是这样的：

Dear giffgaff Agent,
My giffgaff account was previously suspended, and my number has now been ported out to another operator using PAC code [REDACTED]. The port-out has been completed. I would like to request a refund of my remaining eligible Airtime Credit balance.
I understand that refunds are usually returned to the original payment method, but I would like to ask if the refund can be sent to the card currently saved in my giffgaff payment details, as that is the card I can still receive refunds on.

PAC code: [REDACTED]
Account username: [REDACTED]
Account email: [REDACTED]
Current refund card last 4 digits: [REDACTED]

Please confirm:
1. The refundable amount on my account;
2. Whether the refund can be processed to my currently bound card ending [REDACTED];
