大概率是降智+限流了，我也废了好几个号了。解决方案就是退出所有登录，静止 24h 。通常能恢复，但使用量一上去 依旧 限流+降智。

That message means the specific model you selected is temporarily overloaded; switching to another available model (or waiting a bit and retrying) is the intended workaround.
