mongodb 运行日志里的查询的 nscanned 值不等于该查询命令在 shell 里 explain 的

同样的查询，我在mongo shell里explain出来nscanned是42，但是在mongod的运行日志里看到的是122732。
有人了解这个原因吗？

图太小看不清，一般以explain的输出为准
