Windows 驱动没有实际的物理设备如何申请中断资源？

    最近在写 Windows 驱动，需要用到 IPI 中断，但是没有实际的物理设备。

    搜索了一下，Windows 驱动一般通过 inf 文件申请资源，然后在驱动内注册，但是没有物理设备可以使用这种方法吗？
