@Aaron01 平时会让它分析一下身体和锻炼情况，搭配训记和一个 Healthmirror （把健康数据同步到 icloud ），还有规划下日程。

我现在把它当做主力在使用，很稳定。
个人小项目也用它做，但还是使用项目目录管理比较方便。
我还搭配了一个 Webui 来使用，可以开多个会话。平时的话就用 tg 或者飞书聊聊天。
它可以自由选择大模型，挺好的，稳定后 deepseek flash 或者 glm 就差不多够用了。
